1. Preparation time — 7–10 days
Every piece is handmade and crocheted after you order. Every order therefore has an average preparation time of 7–10 days, and ships at the end of it.
Transit time is added on top. Delivery across Türkiye takes 1–3 days, so the total is typically 8–13 days. Internationally the total is 14–24 days. For personalised orders the exact timeline is confirmed before you order.
2. Regions and fees
We ship to Türkiye and internationally. Shipping fee (if any) is shown separately in the order summary and included in the total before payment.

Transit time counts from the moment the parcel is dispatched; the 7–10 day preparation time comes before it.
3. Tracking
Tracking info is shared by email or WhatsApp once dispatched; you can follow your parcel 24/7 with its tracking number.
4. Failed delivery
For parcels returned due to a wrong address or failure to collect, re-shipping fees may be charged to the buyer.
5. Customs
International orders ship via ShipEntegra and customs clearance is handled by our logistics partner, so there are no extra customs duties to pay and no paperwork on your side.
